The 3-Hour Breathwork Session


I offer a dedicated 3-hour Breathwork session that allows for ample time to prepare, experience the breathwork, and integrate the healing afterwards. This extended time ensures that we can go deeper into the experience, with enough space to process any emotional releases or insights that arise.

• Prep: The first portion of the session is spent creating a safe and supportive space. We’ll explore your intentions for the session, talk about any emotional or physical concerns you may have, and ensure you are mentally prepared for the experience.

• Breathwork: During the breathwork session, you will be guided through specific breath patterns designed to access deeper emotional layers. This part of the experience helps you release tension and stress while gaining clarity and insight.

• Integration: After the breathwork session, we will spend time processing and integrating any emotions, insights, or changes that occurred. This step is crucial to ensuring that the healing experienced during the breathwork carries forward into your daily life.

Stand-Alone or Complementary to Other Practices

Breathwork can be a powerful stand-alone modality that allows for deep healing and transformation. However, it is also incredibly effective when used in combination with other practices, such as psychedelic journeys, therapy, or spiritual work.
